Meet the Team
Emily and Matilda are the co-founders of How to Save a Life - First Aid Training and became mums in 2022. Both Emily and Matilda are paramedics, and hold the Bachelor of Paramedic Practice degree and Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
Matilda and Emily both share a passion to empower parents and all members of society to feel confident and knowledgeable in First Aid. Throughout their tenure as paramedics, they both became concerned about the number of people who didn’t have any understanding of basic first aid principles, or the skills to assist in an emergency situation before an ambulance would arrive.
Emily and Matilda reside in the northern area of Sydney, and run courses for the greater Sydney region.
We have since expanded to train the community of Wollongong and surrounds as well as the Tweed/Gold Coast area, with the addition of our new employees Courtney and Millie.
Each First Aid & CPR Course course requires a minimum of 6-10 people (depending on location/travel time) and all equipment and training materials are brought to your workplace / home.
